AUTHORS: Please submit articles on both paper and word processing disks and indicate in a cover letter what software and version number were used to produce the disk. (e.g. WordPerfect 6.0, Microsoft Word 2.OA, etc.)
Please submit all articles using the following formatting guidelines:
- All titles should be centered, bolded, and in all caps.
- The author's name should follow centered and bolded with a * footnote.
- At the bottom of the page include your academic affiliation. For example:
* Dr. Larry Crumbley is KPMG Endowed Professor at Louisiana State University.
- Main section headings (if used) should be left justified and bolded.
- Subsection headings (if used) should be left justified, italicized, and underlined.
- If references are listed at the end of the article, the title “REFERENCES” should be centered, bolded, and in all caps.
Example:
